Australian-made Smartice is a dry and flexible cooling strip that is used within the neck cooler, providing real ice-cool relief when you are hot and uncomfortable. There are TWO SMARTICE COOLING STRIPS provided with each neck cooler that enable prolonged, cool comfort at home, work or play.

Great Product

I have a heart condition and don't do well in the heat this chilly neck cooler was great it kept my temperature down for an hour before I had to change the ice pack.
